I just got bitten by a file being caught by the .gitignore, which shouldn't
have been, and am now pissed off with the .gitignore. I have basically declared
bankruptcy on it and started again.

* remove dh_params and set better cipher string

Manually generate the default config yaml, remove most of the commandline arguments for synapse anticipating that people will use the yaml instead. Simpify implementing config options by not requiring the classes to hit the super class

Create a temporary upload service server side (by hacking demos/webserver.py) and client side with an angularjs service component.
